-If you haven't done so yet, please be sure to complete the survey I sent out this week. If I haven't received your response, I will assume you prefer Google Meet.
-Before your conference start time, please make sure you and your parent/guardian are together, and have your portfolio in-hand.
-Shortly before our conferences begin on Thursday, I will send an email to all parents, with a link to click to access the Google Meet. When you request to join, I'll need to click to admit you to the meeting, which may take a couple minutes if I am wrapping up the previous meeting.
-I will send a second email with a new link for our meetings on Friday morning, as the Thursday link will no longer work.
-If you have requested a phone-call instead, you can disregard the email, and just wait for your phone to ring.
-It is very important to stay on schedule with our virtual format, as many families have multiple meetings to jump between. Please ensure that you are ready on-time for your meeting, as we are not able to extend it beyond our 15 minute time-slot.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me an email!
