Thursday, February 13th, 2025

 Swimming tomorrow afternoon! Make sure to bring your bathing suit, towel, and a bag to hold your wet stuff afterwards. We will be boarding the bus at 12:45, so if you typically go home for lunch, plan to return as soon as possible. 

St. Valentines Day tomorrow! We made ourselves some desk-mailboxes today, for handing out valentines. If you choose to, please bring something for everyone. We'll have some time for relaxation and fellowship on Friday morning. Students are also free to bring non-electronic games or activities to enjoy together during that time.

Math - Students had a chance to finish their Unit 4 Tests today. We'll be going over them as a class tomorrow morning. 

Word Work - We had our Set 9 quiz this morning. We'll get our Set 10 lists after the break.

February Break next week, no school for students! Before the break, make sure you have handed in the following tasks:

 -ELA: All novel study assignments

 -Health: vitamins research and nutritional label assignment

 -Religion: Gospel Timeline and Reflection Journal

 -Science: Planet Flipbook

 Math - Grade 5's finished their last practice assignment of this unit today, make sure to hand this in for tomorrow so I can check for your understanding. Grade 6's worked on practicing their skills with Ratios. We'll be posting our Pre-Test Check In to our learning stories tomorrow, and our Unit Test is February 12th.

ELA - We had time to work on our Section 7 assignments, which are due on Friday.

Science - We continued our discussions of Space today, talking about how the Earth moves through space.

Religion - We had time to work on our Gospel Timelines today, which are due on Friday.
